Our office received a CSA report of a sexual assault (fondling). Here is the all the information we received – “A non-consented vaginal groping was reported to the College’s Title IX coordinator on February 14, 2017. At this time, the complainant does not wish to file a police report. This information is being reported for crime statistics purposes only.”
Sexual assault does constitute a timely warning, but is this enough information to issue a warning?
